Eligibility for Refunds
Workshop and Course Enrollments
Refund eligibility for workshop and course enrollments is determined based on the timing of your refund request and the nature of the purchased service.
Full Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- You request a refund within 14 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the workshop content
- The workshop or course is cancelled by Streamgrid
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing the purchased content and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
- You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part
Partial Refund Eligibility
Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- You request a refund between 14 and 30 days after purchase and have accessed less than 50% of the workshop content
- You experience documented technical difficulties that significantly impair your learning experience
- Extenuating personal circumstances that prevent you from completing the workshop, subject to review and approval
Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Purchases made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
- Workshops or courses where more than 50% of the content has been accessed
- Completed workshops or courses where a certificate of completion has been issued
- Services purchased at a promotional or discounted rate, unless otherwise specified
- One-on-one sessions or live workshops that have already occurred
- Digital downloads or materials that have been downloaded or accessed

Processing Timeline
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. You will receive a response via email indicating whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing workshop content, you must contact our support team before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues. Refunds for technical reasons will only be considered if the issue cannot be resolved after reasonable troubleshooting attempts.
Content Expectations
We provide detailed descriptions and preview materials for all workshops and courses. Refunds will not be issued solely because the content did not meet your expectations if the content delivered matches the description provided at the time of purchase.
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you are unable to complete a workshop due to medical emergencies or other serious situations, please contact us directly. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternatives such as transferring your enrollment to a future session.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting Streamgrid to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access. Chargebacks filed after a refund has been denied may result in permanent account suspension.

Subscription Services
Recurring Billing
If you have purchased a subscription service with recurring billing, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless you cancel within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase and have not accessed the content.

Currency and Payment Processing
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Please note that currency exchange rates may fluctuate between the time of purchase and the time of refund, and Streamgrid is not responsible for any differences in the refunded amount due to exchange rate variations.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment processors are non-refundable.
